Cablevision Survey

Borough of Dunellen
Cablevision User Survey

As part of the Franchise Agreement renewal process the Borough is undertaking with Cablevision/Optimum/Altice (hereinafter, Cablevision for the purposes of this Survey), we asked Dunellen consumers of Cablevision services for their opinions on Cablevision and for suggestions on how to make Cablevision's service more fair, effective, and tailored for the unique needs of our borough and its residents.

Please click below for the Survey results.  There will be a Public Hearing on the Franchise renewal scheduled on Monday, January 14, 2019, at 7:00 pm in the Dunellen Council Chambers, during the regularly scheduled Dunellen Council Meeting.

"The Hearing was moderated by Marilyn Davis, a representative from Altice (Cablevision).  She responded to questions from Council members and from the public.  Some of the issues presented were cost, service, packages, exclusivity, the lack of competition, ever increasing rates and repetitive programming.  She offered to respond directly to residents who are invited to send their questions/comments to:  William Robins, RMC, wrobins@dunellen-nj.gov.  Mr. Robins will forward the questions along with the resident's email directly to Altice."
